What is the workshop about?
An introduction to explore our perceptions and beliefs about confidence. Identify our comfort and learnings zones as well as areas of personal strength. Discover ways in which we can increase our confidence changing the ‘I can’t’ into ‘I can’.
Who is it for?
For those who may struggle or feel they have lost confidence and would like to find ways to increase their self-assurance.
How is it taught?
Throughout the sessions we explore our perceptions and beliefs in pairs and small group discussions with time for self reflection. We consider our body language and changing our physiology to help with confidence. Discussing strategies and developing a plan to move towards greater self-confidence.
What will be learnt?
An awareness of our comfort zone and what keeps us there. Reflecting on our strengths and some simple strategies to help us step out of our comfort and into our learning zone. With awareness we then have choice.
