One of the Inclusion Southmead group recently had first hand experience of a wheelchair user waiting in the cold and rain to board a First Bus bus. He had already been refused access to two buses because the disabled space had already been taken up by two children’s buggies. The bus left the wheelchair user sitting in the cold rain. Please help us to form a balanced view of issues on the buses by letting us know about your experiences of travelling on First Bus, good and bad. We plan to meet First Bus to discuss the service.
