Southmead Development Trust has received a grant from the Co-op Community Fund for its Community Routes Project in partnership with the Friends of Badock’s Wood. The aim is to improve signage between Badock’s Wood and the Greenway Centre & Cafe and information about the Greenway Centre wildlife garden and its links with the wildlife of Badock’s Wood.
Signposts directing people through the wood to the Greenway Centre will help people use the paths in the wood to walk between areas, and people using the wood will be able to know that they can pop into the Greenway Cafe and also access the toilets when they are out enjoying the woods.
It will be good for more people to be able to find their way around and use these community routes and facilities.
