Bristol charity Life Cycle offers a programme of gentle group bike rides for people dealing with poor mental health and general wellbeing issues.
These supportive rides vary in length and difficulty so people of all abilities can take part. Some of the rides start from the Greenway Centre in Southmead, and are perfect for beginners.
We can lend a bike (including electric bikes) to those without, and you can also buy one of our affordable refurbished bikes if you prefer.
This is the perfect way to get back into cycling, or to improve your wellbeing and fitness as part of a friendly, supportive group.
