Dear friends, residents, tenants, customers, and partners
I am absolutely delighted to let you know that the recent major renovation programme at Greenway Centre and The Ranch is now complete. Do have a look at a few of our latest pics below.
Thanks to around £2 million of investment, including generous support from the Youth Investment Fund, we have transformed our sites to create new, inspiring spaces for young people and the whole community. The work has included:
- the complete renovation of the Greenrooms building at Greenway Centre, now a beautiful venue for events, activities, and therapy sessions
- a purpose-built boxing training zone – creating another level at Greenway Gym, along with brand new changing rooms and toilets
- fantastic new adventure play equipment, and refurbishment of the music studio and bike workshop at The Ranch
Importantly, this project is a big step towards our goal of reaching net zero carbon on our sites by 2030. The Greenrooms has achieved an Energy Performance Certificate A Rating (EPC A), and we have installed new solar panels at The Ranch, moving us forward on our sustainability journey.
The building works during the past year have caused some disruption, and we want to say a huge thank you for everyone’s patience while we have been making these great improvements. We hope that Greenway Centre and The Ranch are places that we can all be proud of, and are now more welcoming, better equipped, and ready for the future.
We will be continuing to invest in and improve our sites over the coming years with more new energy efficient windows and heating – we will keep you all updated.
