As a part of the Southmead Festival this year, Raised in Bristol at the Greenway Centre is opening up the nursery and garden.
Join the nursery team for a range free of activities for children, face painting, and nursery tours. We will be open from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm.
You will find the entrance to the nursery garden from the Festival site on the playing field.
There are nursery places available at this nursery, so this is a great opportunity to come and have a look around and meet the team.
Raised in Bristol at the Greenway Centre opened just three years ago, in a newly refurbished space designed to inspire young minds. We’ve focused on creating a light, welcoming and enticing environment, which is enhanced by our passionate nursery team. You’ll find us situated opposite the Greenway Community GP Practice.

Open to children aged 6 months to 5 years, the nursery is a welcoming home-from-home. Raised in Bristol offers play-led learning in a space that prioritises a nurturing environment as your children take their first steps towards school.
The nursery backs onto lots of beautiful outside space. Just a short walk across the field lies Badock’s Wood. With its winding trails and running stream, it’s the perfect space for the children to explore nature and get muddy.
Having a good diet and nutritious and yummy food in the early years is essential for all aspects of development. This is why we’ve partnered with local family-run restaurant group Bianchis via Cucina Bambini to provide the very best food for the children.
There are a limited number of places available at this nursery and we are accepting all of the new childcare funding allocations for working families.
