There are a few opportunities for you to get involved at Little Mead Primary Academy and make a big difference to the children who attend and the wider community:
1. Read with the Children
Volunteer a couple of hours a week (or more if you want), listening to the children read. They especially need your help in Reception and Years 1 & 2 (ages 4-6).
To register your interest please contact Celia Roberts at: littlemeadp@endeavouracademytrust.org.uk
2. Be a Governor
The main role of a governor is to ensure the school delivers a quality education to improve the life chances for its pupils. If you have a good ability to ask questions and provide appropriate challenge to school leaders, then we would love to hear from you. They meet 6 times a year (once a term) with 3 other meetings with your subject link staff member to report back to the other governors.
To find out more please contact maria.trowbridge@endeavouracademytrust.org.uk
3. Litter Pick
Every Tuesday a dedicated team meet at the front office to litter pick around the school & surrounding area. All equipment is provided and go around together so its a great way to meet some new people and get some exercise while doing something positive for the environment. If you are interested either just turn up at 09:00 Tuesday Morning or contact littlemeadp@endeavouracademytrust.org.uk to register your interest.
