As a result of the Access for All Day last month and a further meeting, McColls have made a planning application for a new entrance, and a new shop layout has been promised. They have also promised to stop charging people to use the cash-point outside! The Bristol area manager has also completed a visit of all local Bristol branches, offered to meet with Inclusion Southmead soon, and consult with local Disabled people in future.
