I’m really looking forward to March’s MPower next week. We’ll be welcoming our special guest Saba James.
Saba is a Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach and Dance Practitioner working for the community and in the NHS. She specialises in healthy ageing and how we can increase our health span by making daily choices to eat well, move more, stress less, connect more. Passionate about taking a whole picture approach, Saba likes to empower people to live well rather than treating symptoms, so people can support their own health and wellbeing alongside medical treatment.
This is great support for women who are in and beyond the perimenopause and menopause. Saba will be listening to our experiences and tailoring recommendations to suit our lives. There isn’t a one size fits all, but there are things we can do to help improve how we feel and reduce the intensity of our symptoms. Saba is looking forward to sharing supportive lifestyle and dietary guidance with you and responding to your questions.
We will be starting 15 minutes early at 5.45pm to give us as much time as possible to chat and get this brilliant guidance.
