Get Active On Glencoyne

We all know we should be more active to help our bodies and minds stay healthy but sometimes it can be hard. Doing a 5k run, hitting the gym or going out and playing 90mins of football can seem difficult to fit in and frankly exhausting. Well there are alternatives.

For Mental Health Awareness Week and to highlight how exercise can help your Mind and Body, Wesport have teamed up with CASS, Southmead Development Trust and Bikeminded to bring fun but achievable activity to Glencoyne Square.

On 10th May between 11am-3pm, they will running Walking Football, Walking Netball and promoting cycling, volunteering and loads of other ways that you might never have thought of doing to stay active.
