Not only does litter picking keep our streets healthier, but it’s also good for our souls! There’s nothing like giving where you live a bit of love by clearing up the debris, and in good company.
Our brilliant Community Development Team have organised a pick for tomorrow – you may have already seen this in The Mead magazine, or in an earlier digital newsfeed – so this is a reminder to come along.
Grab a hot drink at the Greenway Centre, at 12pm, and join us to walk to Arnside and Glencoyne Square, picking as we go. We’ll aim to finish at 2pm.
All equipment is provided. Do wear comfy shoes and dress for the weather.
Do take some pics as you pick, so we can use them to encourage others to join us on the next one.
