A new care home in Southmead is inviting the local community to celebrate its completion with an exclusive first look inside the purpose-built facilities.
Trymview Hall, on Southmead Road, is opening its doors from Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th November to give local people the opportunity to take a closer look at the brand-new care home before it welcomes the first residents from Monday 25th November.
Between 10am-4pm, members of the public can drop in to take a tour around the completed 66-bed care home, as well as meet the team at Trymview Hall, including home manager, Pamela Arnsmeyer, and customer relations manager, Evonne Burch.
Pamela said: “The team at Trymview Hall is looking forward to welcoming the first residents to the home. We are really proud of the environment that has been created, and every last detail here has been considered to create a high-quality, luxury care home which will enable residents to live active and fulfilled lives.
“The open days will give visitors the chance to see the care home for themselves and to talk to the team, while also getting an insight into what day-to-day life will be like at Trymview Hall. They can also find out more about the kind of activities that will be on offer.”
Following the first residents moving into the new care home in November, a grand launch will be hosted on 14th January, which will see the winners of Care UK’s local heroes competition announced.
Local people only have until Friday 13th December to nominate a ‘local hero’, by visiting careuk.com/care-homes/trymview-hall/local-heroes and explaining in 100-400 words why they deserve to be rewarded.
The new care home, which will provide residential, dementia and nursing care, features 66 ensuite bedrooms, and has been designed to enable residents to live active and fulfilled lives, while also promoting independence. The care home will incorporate space for hobby and leisure activities and will include its own cinema, hairdressing salon and café.
