This Thursday join us for a special Real Economy Southmead lunch where we will be joined by special guest Grace Ekall!
The inspiring Grace Ekall is a dancer, a fashion designer, a health & nutrition coach and a food entrepreneur, with her own range of divine chilli sauces. She’s also survived cancer, twice.
We will be talking about food for better health and discussing practical and effective ways of looking after ourselves through food, including
- – making good food choices
- – foods to fight inflammation and illness
- – how to make life easier by pre-planning and batch cooking.
This will be a really interesting conversation, full of top tips and inspiration for jazzing up your culinary skills while learning to fight illness and disease through diet.
This is a great opportunity to learn simple and effective ways to use food as medicine, helping you to avoid those long waiting lists at the doctors!
Any budding entrepreneurs can also ask about Grace’s experience in setting up businesses.
We’ll be serving a delicious lunch at 1 o’clock.
Real Economy Southmead is based at Southmead Community Centre, 248 Greystoke Avenue.
